I am an Informatics Engineering graduate from Institut Teknologi Nasional (ITENAS) Bandung with a strong foundation in computer networking, IT support, and technical customer service. Having worked as an E-Care Specialist at Telkomsel, I developed solid skills in technical troubleshooting, client communication, and resolving complex service issues efficiently under fast-paced environments. I possess core hands-on knowledge in network infrastructure and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching, VLANs, as well as hands-on experience configuring Cisco and MikroTik devices. I am passionate about building, maintaining, and optimizing reliable network systems, and I am always eager to expand my expertise in network security and infrastructure management.
